Features
sub.net incorporates the latest technologies to produce a high performance, flexible, low power instrument in a small enclosure.
The DIN rail mounting design makes sub.net easy to fit and connect. No rack mounting space is required and there are portable, wall mounting and pole mounting enclosure options. sub.net may be powered from a wide range of ac and dc supplies and a battery back up option is available.
A very low power consumption (< 4W) allows sub.net to be energy efficient, and used in substations with low capacity chargers. sub.net can be readily applied in locations with older electromechanical protection.
One sub.net can monitor three, 3 phase circuits and 16 contact inputs from relays and switchgear. A series of pluggable input modules means that sub.net can be used in a wide range of applications. Multiple sub.nets can be connected together to increase the number of monitored inputs.
sub.net technical spefication includes:
• Multiple substation monitoring functions
• Embedded event classifier saves engineering time
• Formatted event reports sent by email, fax and text message
• Concurrent and prioritised reporting from multiple systems
• Embedded web pages for viewing reports, inputs and set-up
• No dedicated master station software required
• Four concurrent recording rates
• Recorded data available in COMTRADE format
• Compact DIN rail mounting enclosure. Portable & wall/pole mounting options
• Fully solid state design
• Embedded network, modem and GPS time sync.
• Low power consumption
• Easy to use
