Independent generators are required to meet the connection Grid Code set down by the network utility. Each transmission system operator (TSO) can have their own Grid Code. Sub.net can report on voltage dips against the Fault Ride Through limits in the selected Grid Code.

Sub.net will record and report on other required tests including reactive capability, voltage control and frequency control. To enhance these reports additional signals from the control system can be monitored by sub.net and included in the reports. Examples are –

• Actual real power
• Available active power
• Simulated test frequency
• Active power control set point
• Tap changer position

Other Power Quality performance measurements are made continuously and reported on a regular basis against the selected limit standard. These include –

• Harmonics
• Flicker
• Unbalance

The system is flexible and new and updated Grid Code limits can be uploaded and integrated easily.
